Player Agreement — CoinsBack
When Maria first tried an online sweepstakes casino, she wanted to know one thing before creating an account: was the platform operating within the law in her state, and did the rules protect her fairly? She found the answer by reading the player agreement carefully. This document serves the same purpose for CoinsBack — it sets out the binding terms under which players may participate in eligible states sweepstakes promotions and use all features of coinsbackcasino.net.
Please read this Agreement in full before registering. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted every section below. MW Services Limited (Gibraltar company #120828) operates CoinsBack, and WOWCOM Services Inc (Delaware company #5834875) serves as the US-based payment and promotional processor. If you do not agree to these terms, do not register an account.
1. Eligibility Requirements
To register and participate at CoinsBack, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during your use of the platform.
You must be at least 21 years of age. CoinsBack enforces a minimum age of 21 for all account holders and participants, which is more conservative than the minimum required by many jurisdictions. Proof of age may be requested at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be closed immediately and any accumulated virtual currency will be forfeited.
You must be a natural person and a legal resident of the United States in a jurisdiction where sweepstakes participation is lawful. You must not reside in a Prohibited State or Territory as defined in Section 7, and must not be an employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member (spouse, parent, child, or sibling in the same household) of MW Services Limited, WOWCOM Services Inc, or any affiliated entity. Only one account per person is permitted; duplicate accounts are subject to closure and forfeiture of associated virtual currency.
2. Account Registration
Registration requires accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. CoinsBack reserves the right to verify this information and request supporting documentation such as government-issued identification or proof of address. Accounts registered with false information may be suspended or permanently closed. By registering, you consent to receive transactional and service-related communications; you may opt out of marketing messages at any time. CoinsBack reserves the right to refuse or close any account at its sole discretion where continued operation would be contrary to applicable law or these terms.
3. Sweepstakes Rules
No purchase necessary to play or win. CoinsBack operates as a sweepstakes platform under United States promotional sweepstakes law. Virtual currency in the form of Sweeps Coins (SC) is made available through free entry methods, including the Alternative Method of Entry described in Section 6, as well as through promotional awards. The availability of Sweeps Coins does not depend on any purchase.
Sweeps Coins may be used to participate in sweepstakes games on the platform. All game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) and are final once confirmed. Sweepstakes are void where prohibited by law. CoinsBack reserves the right to void SC balances or redemptions originating from a Prohibited State or Territory and may pursue all available legal remedies for violations.
4. Gold Coins — No Cash Value
Gold Coins (GC) are virtual play-money tokens used solely for entertainment purposes on the CoinsBack platform. Gold Coins have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged, transferred, redeemed, or converted into any monetary consideration, gift card, prize, or real-world reward of any kind.
Gold Coins may be obtained through welcome packages, daily login bonuses, promotional events, and coin package purchases. When you purchase a coin package, you are purchasing Gold Coins as a digital entertainment product; any Sweeps Coins included are a free promotional bonus and not the subject of the purchase. Gold Coins expire after 90 days of account inactivity or as specified in their award terms. CoinsBack may adjust GC balances to correct errors or address fraud; such adjustments do not constitute financial damage.
5. Sweeps Coins and Redemption
Sweeps Coins (SC) are promotional tokens redeemable for prizes subject to the conditions below. SC are awarded through free entry methods and promotional events and are never sold directly. Any SC credited alongside a coin package purchase represent a free promotional addition, not part of the purchase.
To request a redemption, your account must hold a minimum of 50 Sweeps Coins. Eligible redemption methods include PayPal transfer, ACH bank transfer, and gift card issuance; available methods may vary by state and are subject to change. All redemptions are subject to identity verification — government-issued photo identification and proof of address may be required. Processing may take up to 10 business days after verification. SC deducted at submission are non-refundable once the request is processed.
6. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
In accordance with sweepstakes law, you may obtain Sweeps Coins without making any purchase by using the Alternative Method of Entry. To request free Sweeps Coins via AMOE, send a handwritten postcard or letter to the following address:

Your request must include your full legal name, the email address associated with your CoinsBack account (or the address you intend to register with), and your state of residence. Requests that omit any of this information may not be fulfilled. Each individual is limited to one AMOE request per calendar month. AMOE requests must be sent from a US postal address in an eligible state; requests from Prohibited States or Territories will not be honored.
CoinsBack is not responsible for postal delays, lost mail, or illegible requests. AMOE Sweeps Coins will be credited within a reasonable time after a valid request is received and processed. The AMOE program is subject to these terms and may be modified or discontinued with notice as required by applicable law.
7. Prohibited States and Territories
Eligible states sweepstakes participation covers most US states, but certain jurisdictions where law prohibits sweepstakes promotions are excluded. It is your responsibility to confirm that participation is lawful before registering. Sweepstakes void where prohibited. Registering from or accessing the platform while physically located in a Prohibited State or Territory is a breach of these terms. The table below lists key regions for reference; the authoritative list is maintained in the platform’s registration flow.

8. Coin Packages and Purchases
CoinsBack offers optional coin packages for purchase. All purchases are for Gold Coins, which are a digital entertainment product with no cash value. Any Sweeps Coins credited alongside a coin package purchase are provided as a free promotional bonus and are not sold or priced. The purchase price you pay is solely consideration for the Gold Coins in the package.
All purchases are processed by WOWCOM Services Inc (Delaware company #5834875). By completing a purchase, you authorize WOWCOM Services Inc to charge the payment method you provide. All prices are displayed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change. Your purchase is governed by the payment processor’s terms as well as these terms.
All sales of Gold Coins are final and non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe an unauthorized transaction has occurred, contact support immediately. Chargeback disputes against valid, authorized purchases may result in account suspension pending investigation. CoinsBack reserves the right to modify coin package contents and prices at any time; changes apply to new purchases made after the change date. This Agreement was last updated on June 3, 2026. Continued use of the platform following notice of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
